- Gate closing time — Pier gates close strictly 2 minutes before departure. Arrive early!
- Octopus Top-up — There are no add-value machines at the gates. Use Auto-Add Value or top up beforehand.
- Last ferry alarm — Set an alarm at 22:30 so you don't miss the last boat from Sok Kwu Wan.
- Typhoon — Service is suspended at Signal 8+. Call 2815 6063 for updates.
- Pets — Allowed on all sailings. Must use lower deck front two rows, be leashed/muzzled or in carriers.
- Bicycles — Allowed on all sailings with a freight ticket. Advance booking of at least 1 day is required.
