- Gate closing time — Pier gates close strictly 2 minutes before departure. Arrive early!
- Pets — As all sailings are now fast ferries, pets are not allowed on board (except guide dogs).
- Last ferry alarm — Set an alarm at 22:30 so you don't miss the last boat from Mui Wo.
- Typhoon — Service is suspended at Signal 8+. Call 2131 8181 for updates.
